1. The service

The Platform lets gyms manage members, plans, fees, attendance and QR check-ins (Gym Manager app), and lets members and the public use fitness features and find gyms near them (My Gym app). Workouts, diet suggestions, calorie targets and similar content are general information.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• Gym owners must be 18 or older and authorised to act for the gym.
• Members under 18 may use the member app only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, recorded by the gym.
• Keep your password / PIN secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Give correct information. We may suspend accounts with false details.

3. Gym owners' responsibilities

• For your members' data, you are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023 and we are your Data Processor. You must have a lawful basis (normally the member's consent) before adding a member, and verifiable parent/guardian consent for anyone under 18.
• Collect only what you need, keep it correct, and act on members' requests to access, correct or erase their data (shown in the app under Privacy Requests) within a reasonable time, normally 30 days.
• Use members' contact details only for running their membership. Do not send spam.
• Fees, refunds, trainers and services at your gym are between you and your members. We are not a party to them.
• Gym information you publish (photos, location, prices, timings) must be true and must not infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not upload photos of identifiable people without their permission.

4. Members and visitors

• Check in only when you are actually at your gym. Sharing or misusing a gym's QR code is not allowed.
• Ratings and reviews must be honest and about your own experience. No abusive, false, or promotional content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
• A “Join this gym” request only shares your details with that gym; joining and payment are between you and the gym.

5. Health disclaimer

The Platform does not give medical advice. Exercise animations, workout plans, diet suggestions, BMI and calorie numbers are for general guidance. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or diet programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant. Exercise at your own risk and follow your trainer's instructions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: break any law; access other gyms' or users' data; try to bypass security or rate limits; upload malware; scrape the Platform; impersonate anyone; or use the Platform to harass people.

7. Fees for the Platform

The Platform is currently free for gyms. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell gym owners in advance, and paid features will apply only after they agree. Members are not charged by us.

8. Content and intellectual property

The apps, design and code belong to us. Gyms keep ownership of the photos and information they upload and allow us to display them on the Platform to provide the service.

9. Availability

We try to keep the Platform running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Gym owners should download backups regularly (Settings → Backup).

10. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using the Platform at any time. Gym owners can delete their account from Settings, which erases the gym's data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law.

11. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for disputes between gyms and members, or for injuries during exercise. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us for the Platform in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

12. Indemnity

Gym owners agree to compensate us for claims arising from their misuse of the Platform or of their members' personal data, or from breaking these Terms or the law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will show the new version in the app; continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept it.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at have jurisdiction. Please contact us first – most issues can be solved quickly.
